- Acquire and quality-check QAR/FDR recordings
- Convert raw words into engineering units using verified Data Frame Layout documentation
- Develop parameter mappings, derived variables and superframe decoding when justified by evidence
- Configure operational limits and event logic with reference to AFM, FCOM and SOP criteria
- Analyse take-off, climb, cruise, approach and landing events and trends
- Produce Steering Committee and FDM/FMT review material
- Monitor Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs), event rates per flight/cycle and severity
- Reconstruct 2D/3D flight paths and instrument views with disclosed data limitations

Deliverables may include management dashboards, prioritised event lists, engineering plots, recurrence analyses, safety indicators and committee briefing packs for operational review and decision support.
